Turnaround Time is the time it takes to manufacture your order from your APPROVED print ready files.

If there are any challenges with your files the turn time will not start until it is in approved wip status.

There are 3 ways to start the clock ticking...

1. Submit your order with a 'NO PROOF' option.

• We strongly suggest that you order a proof. If there are any problems with your order, you are accepting full responsibility.  Please read our Terms & Conditions for clarification.

2. Approve your PDF PROOF in My Account.

3. Approve your HARD COPY PROOF in My Account.

• TURNAROUND TIMES START AFTER PROOF APPROVAL.
• Turnaround Time is calculated in BUSINESS DAYS  AND EXCLUDES HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS.
• WEEKEND and HOLIDAY JOB SUBMISSIONS CALCULATE BEGINNING ON THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.

Proofing Turnaround Times:
Allow 24 hours for PDF proofs to be available in My Account.
Allow 24 hours for your hard copy proof to ship.
On NO PROOF orders, files will be proceesed in order received.

RESUBMITTED FILES
On orders with Resubmitted files, please allow 24 hours for file processing after file is submitted. There will be a $10 resubmit fee charged to your account. If you wish to receive a new proof, a fee of $5 for PDF proof will also be charged. For a new hard copy proof, please contact our customer service department as the price varies by product size.

SAME DAY SERVICE

Place your "no proof proceed as is"order by 9am PST and your order will ship same day as long as the art file will allow us to do so.  Any orders received after 9am will be processed the next business day.

EXPRESS SERVICES

Express 1 day = Next Day Service (50% up charge, $30.00 minimum) 

• Place your NO PROOF order by 11:00 am PST, and your order will ship or be available at will call after 5 pm the following BUSINESS DAY as long as the files are print ready and we have no challenges. Normal will call hours are between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm PST. 
• Submit your PROOF APPROVAL by 11:00 am PST, and your order will ship or be available at will call after 5 pm the following BUSINESS DAY. Normal will call hours are between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm PST. 
• Any orders received after 11:00 a.m. PST will be processed the following BUSINESS DAY! This means if your proof  is approved after 11am on Monday the order will not be ready until Wednesday.
• An example: have you order in by 11am PST Monday, your job will ship Tuesday or will be ready after 5pm PST Tuesday for will call orders.

Express 2 day = 2nd Day Service (20% up charge, $25.00 minimum) 

• Place your NO PROOF order by 11:00 am PST, and your order will ship or be available at will call after 5 pm in 2 BUSINESS DAYS as long as the files are print ready and we have no challenges. 
• Submit  PROOF APPROVAL by 11:00 am PST, and your order will ship or be available at will call after 5 pm in 2 BUSINESS DAYS.
• Any orders received after 11:00 a.m. PST will be processed the following BUSINESS DAY! This means if your proof is approved after 11am on Monday it will not be ready until Thursday.
• An example: have your order in by 11am PST Monday, your job will ship Wednesday or will be ready after 5pm PST Wednesday for will call orders.
